Friday Night Dinner was returning to Channel 4 for a special series after many years off-air and we needed to excite fans that they could once again enjoy a night in with their favourite oddball family.
Peep show
We recreated the famous hallway of the Goodman’s family home and wrote a bunch of funny scenarios to play out. The idea was to make it feel like the viewer was looking straight into the hallway at the shenanigans the family get up to. They were initially written just for social but we ended up running them on-air as well.
We also made a bunch of stickers which we promoted via organic social.

The stickers have over 40 million views and the show was Channel 4’s biggest comedy launch since 2007.
