The TANTRUM iPad application was created to provide an amazing in store experience catered towards the brands key demographic. The app is designed to create an enhanced shopping experience with relevant style guide information, the latest news, trends and nail designs and even provides customers with the ability to converse with TANTRUM staff in real time via an integrated twitter feed. All content can be updated and moderated by a secure web CMS and the application updates every 24 hours with the ability to update manually at any point, if required.
The application was installed on 12 iPads dotted around the TANTRUM London store in Westfield Stratford seamlessly integrating with the stores layout and design. Each application has the ability to be set up by a store admin to default to the particular look of the section surrounding it providing a seamless in store user experience. I developed the concept all the way through to delivery and installation in the store itself and didn’t have one tantrum throughout. Easy peasy.
