Old Bill, New Media was created to promote Channel 4 Drama series, Babylon. The show, part drama – part comedy, takes a wry look at the people and politics of London’s police force in need of a public image revamp. An American visionary joins the team and sets out to revolutionise the force’s PR department. The show focusses on the influence of social media and technology vs the age old rules of communicating with the media.
We created an interactive, sharable film which featured our Technology Initiatives Team-Leader (TIT) introducing potential initiatives that viewers could vote for in YouTube. These then redirecting viewers to our microsite revealing the promotion for the show.
